Also, if you look closely about the word sunset is put at about 1230 am, meaning that there is no sunset, in fact it doesn't technically get dark there at all. It's daylight about twenty-one hours a day, and dusk the other three.
Other fun facts. The Faroe Islands is home to about 48,000 sheep. Meaning there are more sheep then people on the island. It also is home to ducks, rams, dogs, sea gulls and of course puffins! So if you enjoy wildlife there is some there! Most was brought over from Europe on boats, except the puffins of course!
