June 25th, 2014

Sarah and I visited the cemetery near the church that you will see below but we also visited another traditional landmark in the Faroes, the Trollfinger! Now the trollfinger has a few different meanings over in the islands, mostly the one that they give us in the car as they drive by, but the actual Trollfinger is a giant rock shaped like a finger.

Below the Trollfinger nearby are caves, which would be fun to explorer. You get a great view of the water up here so this is one of our great vantage points, plus we get to hang with the tourists.

This poor little guy was tied up every time we came to see him. One time his leg was stuck and Dan and Rachel helped get his little leg lose. So sweet.
 Duck. Duck. Duck.

I really like ducks.
Sarah leaving her mark on the island. These strange rock towers are everywhere on the island, who makes them? But we'll finish them.
